Founder & Principal
With over 20 years of experience in scheduling, cost analysis, and project management, Purva Gokhale is a recognized expert in schedule oversight and construction planning for complex projects. She has led project controls efforts across sectors including mixed-use, commercial, K–12 education, healthcare, industrial, and government—helping clients manage risk, resolve schedule challenges, and stay aligned with project goals.
Her strategic yet practical approach ensures that schedules are technically sound and stakeholder-focused. Purva’s work is rooted in clarity, accountability, and a deep understanding of the construction process.
She holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Virginia Tech and is widely respected for her ability to lead with both expertise and collaboration.
